At Wet For Her, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; while unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, please note that opened intimate products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original heat-sealed packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Return

  Securely package the item and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
